Welcome to BANAPRASTHA KUTIR. By choosing our services, residents and their families agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of everyone in our community.

1. Admission Requirements
   1. Admission is subject to meeting medical, financial, and other eligibility criteria established by BANAPRASTHA KUTIR.
   2. All required forms and agreements must be completed and signed before moving into the facility.
2. Resident Rights and Responsibilities
   1. Residents have the right to privacy, respect, and access to all services provided under their care plan.
   2. Residents are responsible for treating staff, other residents, and the property with respect and courtesy.
3. Fees and Payments
   1. Monthly fees must be paid in full by the due date specified in the resident agreement.
   2. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the fee schedule.
   3. Any changes to fees or services will be communicated in writing with a minimum notice period of 30 days.
4. Health and Safety
   1. BANAPRASTHA KUTIR reserves the right to conduct regular health assessments to ensure appropriate care is provided.
   2. Residents are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications during admission and promptly update any changes.
   3. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
5. Termination of Services
   1. Either party may terminate the residency agreement with prior written notice, as specified in the agreement.
   2. Immediate termination may occur in cases of non-payment, violation of community rules, or health conditions requiring care beyond the scope of our facility.
6. Personal Belongings
   1. Residents are encouraged to bring personal belongings, but BANAPRASTHA KUTIR is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
   2. Secure storage options may be available upon request.
7. Liability
   1. While every effort is made to ensure the safety and well-being of residents, BANAPRASTHA KUTIR is not liable for incidents beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen medical emergencies.
8. Modifications to Terms
   1. BANAPRASTHA KUTIR reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary.
   2. Any changes will be communicated to residents and their families in writing.
9. By becoming a part of the BANAPRASTHA KUTIR community, residents and their families acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
